We are not responsible for supplying floor coverings and material due to inaccurate measurements. We only charge a 7% measurement convenience fee of the total square footage if you want us to confirm the square footage if you’re buying directly from us. If we install, we will waive the 7% fee.
Make sure to use an address that our shipping team can deliver to, or we charge a 10% re-stocking fee for all of the material.
If you need to see it before you buy we can bring samples to your home which we will still charge a 7% convenience fee.
